Member Card Or ID:

The membership ID number and or Cards are to be used only by the registered member and remain the property of eMpasys. The Member must provide member ID and or card to take advantage of all our membership offers. Some membership card will include prepay debit card features for BEV, (Battery Electric Vehicle) charging access services. A Member can order customized BEV charging access cards or prepay cards in volume.

Member Financing Services:

We can provide trade capital funding, manufacture financing, leasing financing, project financing, Purchase Order Finance, and Commercial Property Finance. Pre-Order Process – Upon receiving member client orders, we may require a 50%-100% advance payment if not financed.

Order Cancellation:

We provide customized solutions and therefore Members will be accessed with a 50% restocking fee on all orders and solutions.

Import/Export

Based on the OEM or ODM product a member may be required to complete a POA, the power of attorney must be established by the person or firm with our Import/Export custom Brokerage service provider. Any person named in a power of attorney must be a resident of the designated country and must have been authorized to accept service of process for the person or firm that has issued the POA.

Membership Renewal:

The Member must authorize renewal and is responsible for the account. Members will receive a renewal notice by email or text. If you agree to our terms upon completion of this membership application a temporary Membership ID card will be emailed to you. A optional primary membership card will be forward to you within 10-20 days based on your request.

The Membership Cancellation.

There is no refund after completing the Membership registration process, after the fee is paid for the current Membership period. The standard Membership will automatically cancel after expiration date. Any cancellation by a Member can be made via email to eMpasys.

eMpasys’s knows that you care about how your information is used and shared. We respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy statement explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your information. We are the sole owner of collected information and we do not share this information with third parties.  At any time the Member can opt out of eMpasys member email program.

We may collect Business, Organization and or personally identifiable information such as your Company name, personal name, title, Membership number, postal address, email address, telephone number that you provide to us.

How Do We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to process your requests and transactions; provide you with marketing and promotional information and communicate with you about our products and services.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. To make you aware of material changes to this policy, we will post the date the policy was last revised. Your continued use of eMpasys’s Web Sites, or interaction with eMpasys’s, constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.

Confidential Information Defined. “Confidential Information” means, with respect to each Discloser respectively, the content of negotiations and discussions between the Parties regarding Orders and Customization of Renewable Technology products and or solutions, whether in oral, written, graphic, machine-readable, tangible or intangible form, relating to the Discloser’s business plan and model, and/or to current, future, or proposed products, services or other business.  Confidential Information does not include information that (i) becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of unauthorized disclosure or use by the Recipient.
